Re: The bizarre

That is pathetic unless maybe if you were disabled.

I would be embarrassed to have one of those.

Re: The bizarre

After eight years in a military school I'm to picky about how my bed is made to want anything like that. My wife learned long ago that she could never make the bed to suit me, so that is my chore. I can make it better, in shorter time, and don't mind doing it, so there.

I like the fact that he's wearing a tie, but not a helmet. He's just the right amount of crazy.

That was exceptional, and from the few audience shots, the story really moved people. What amazes me is how the human mind works when it sees something like this, it doesn't really need to see real people in order to understand the story being presented, it just stitches the story together from a few visual clues from things stored in the brain over a lifetime; yet recalled in an instant to help the person understand what they are seeing. To several people in the audience the story was so profound, and moving, that it moved them to tears. Just shadows of people, and familiar shapes, projected on a screen; and their minds turned it into a story, a story that moved them. .

I sure wouldn't want to cut off a guy riding one of those in traffic.

Re: The bizarre

I just saw another fox and trampoline video with just one fox and it wasn't the same trampoline.

That is kind of weird.

Loved the dog commercial:)

Jheri,

Watching the European golf tour today and they were all freezing their asses off- they were in the Netherlands.

Too early for that stuff!

It hasn't been bad here - maybe 20° C today (the high 60s I think).  That is still Summer weather.  No one comes here for the good weather.

Re: The bizarre

Actually I think it was more from the rain than the temperature. Watching another gold tourney in Chicago and it was in the 60's there.

We have had a wonderful summer here. I hate to see it end.:(
